Protecting and Defending Trade Secrets
Scherer Smith & Kenny LLP believes our client’s trade secrets should be protected before any illegal use can occur. We believe it is far cheaper for our clients to protect their trade secrets through an ongoing program of identifying, labeling, and protecting those items that they believe constitute trade secrets than file an action once a third party illegally uses the information.
