Mrs. Sapp is an Associate at Scherer Smith & Kenny LLP, where she acts as general counsel for both businesses and individuals. Mrs. Sapp is experienced in areas of civil practice, including business entity formation, civil litigation, real estate and intellectual property. Mrs. Sapp is licensed to practice in California state courts and the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
Prior to joining Scherer Smith & Kenny LLP, Mrs. Sapp was an Associate Attorney at Boornazian, Jensen & Garthe, A.P.C., a Oakland based firm specializing in Insurance Defense Litigation, with a primary focus on personal injury and products liability defense.
Mrs. Sapp is a native of La Jolla, California, but has resided in Northern California since 1997. Mrs. Sapp graduated from University of California at Berkeley with a double major in Development Studies and Spanish, and later from the University of San Francisco School of Law with a Juris Doctorate. Mrs. Sapp is the recipient of Intellectual Property Certificate from USF School of Law.
Mrs. Sapp has traveled extensively throughout Central America and is fluent in Spanish.
