Ms. Gladstone is an Associate at Scherer Smith & Kenny LLP, where she acts as general counsel for both businesses and individuals. Ms. Gladstone is experienced in areas of civil practice, including business entity formation, civil litigation, real estate and intellectual property. Ms. Gladstone is licensed to practice in California state courts and the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
Prior to joining Scherer Smith & Kenny LLP, Ms. Gladstone was an Associate Attorney at Boornazian, Jensen & Garthe, A.P.C., an Oakland based firm specializing in Insurance Defense Litigation, with a primary focus on personal injury and products liability defense.
Ms. Gladstone is a native of La Jolla, California, but has resided in Northern California since 1997. Ms. Gladstone graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with a double major in Development Studies and Spanish, and later from the University of San Francisco School of Law with a Juris Doctorate. Ms. Gladstone is the recipient of the Intellectual Property Certificate from USF School of Law.
Ms. Gladstone has traveled extensively throughout Central America and is fluent in Spanish.
