Mr. Levine is an Associate at Scherer Smith & Kenny LLP, where he acts as general counsel for both businesses and individuals. Mr. Levine is experienced in many areas of civil practice, including business entity formation, general commercial and civil litigation, negotiation and mediation of civil disputes, employment, real estate and intellectual property.
Prior to joining Scherer Smith & Kenny LLP, Mr. Levine was an Associate at Littler Mendelson, P.C., a San Francisco based firm specializing in Labor & Employment Law.
Mr. Levine is a native of San Francisco. He graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara with a Bachelors Degree in Political Science, and as a magna cum laude Dean's Scholar from the University of San Francisco School of Law. Mr. Levine is the recipient of CALI Awards for Excellence (formally American Jurisprudence Awards) in Contracts, Constitutional Law, Employment Litigation, Land Use and Torts. Mr. Levine also served as a full-time extern to Justice Ming W. Chin of the California Supreme Court during his third year of law school.
Mr. Levine lives in San Francisco with his wife, Holly.
