Mr. Stahl is an Associate at Scherer Smith & Kenny LLP, where he specializes in employment litigation and counseling.
Prior to joining Scherer Smith & Kenny LLP, Mr. Stahl was a Law Clerk for the Honorable Richard M. Clark in the United States Department of Labor in which he specialized in administrative law, whistle blower proceedings, and cases brought under the Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act.
Mr. Stahl is a native of Indianapolis but has resided in the Bay Area since 2009. Mr. Stahl graduated from Indiana University with a major in English and later from the University of California Davis with a Juris Doctorate. Mr. Stahl is the recipient of the Public Service Certificate from UCD School of Law.
Mr. Stahl was a Peace Corps volunteer in Ukraine and enjoys bicycling in his free time.
